Welcome to Foster’s Goods (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate the website and store at fostersgoods.shop (the “Site”), including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

SECTION 6 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWALS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the stated interval until you cancel. Prices and eligible discounts for subscriptions may change with notice in accordance with applicable law.
You can manage or cancel before the next renewal window via your account or by contacting support. Cancellations apply to future charges only; processed orders follow the Refund & Return Policy.

Powered by Shopify. Purchases are made with Foster’s Goods, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Foster’s Goods and release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from such transactions.
