Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in original condition.

Due to safety and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back to our warehouse.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
