Great product, I was having lymph glans inflammation in my armpits since last Christmas break and this is really helping, I am less puffy and not bloated no matter what I eat.Also I go toilet 2x day now,I haven't changed my diet or anything I just take 1ml first thing in the morning and dring some water. Week 3 of using it loveee it im glad I got 2 bottles
